• Trip details you enter in the booking form: pickup and drop locations, dates, times, passenger count and cab preference.
• Contact details you provide: your name, mobile number and WhatsApp number.
• Any message content you send us directly on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email.

How your information is used

The booking form sends your trip details directly to our team by email so we can review your request without redirecting you anywhere. We use the details in that message solely to confirm vehicle availability, assign a driver, and get in touch with you about your trip. We do not sell or rent your contact details to third parties.

WhatsApp & messaging

If the booking form is ever unable to send your request automatically, you'll be offered a one-tap option to send it to us on WhatsApp instead, so your request is never lost. Messages you send through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one, since WhatsApp is operated by a separate company (Meta).

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels beyond what is required to load fonts and display the page. No data entered into the booking form is stored on our servers — the form only builds a message for you to send.

Data retention

Once you contact us, we retain your trip and contact details only as long as needed to fulfil your booking and to keep basic records for customer service and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing support@rydaro.in.
