These terms govern your use of this website and your booking of cab services from Rydaro Cabs ("Rydaro", "we", "us"). By submitting a booking request through this website, you agree to the terms below.
How a booking works
This website does not process any booking automatically. When you fill in the booking form and tap "Send Booking Request," your trip details are sent directly to our team — there is no redirect and nothing else for you to send. Submitting the form creates a booking request, not a confirmed booking. A member of our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm vehicle availability, driver assignment and the final fare — only at that point is your trip considered confirmed. If your request can't be delivered automatically for any reason, you'll be offered a one-tap option to send it to us on WhatsApp instead.
Pricing
The rates shown on this website for outstation, local rental and airport transfer packages are standard reference rates and may vary based on exact pickup/drop points, vehicle availability, tolls, parking, waiting time, and time of travel. The fare communicated to you by our team at the time of confirmation is the fare that applies to your trip.
Payment
This website does not collect any online payment. Payment for your trip is arranged directly with our team or driver, using whichever method is agreed at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel or reschedule a booking request at any time before it is confirmed by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling us. Once a trip is confirmed, please give us as much notice as possible for any changes so we can reassign the vehicle and driver if needed.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup location and time, to provide accurate trip details, and to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Rydaro reserves the right to decline or end a booking in cases of unsafe, abusive or unlawful conduct.
Luggage and special requirements
Please mention any special requirements — extra luggage, child seats, accessibility needs — by phone or WhatsApp after you submit your request, so we can assign a suitable vehicle. Requirements not communicated in advance may not be accommodated on short notice.
Liability
Rydaro coordinates cab bookings and works with verified drivers, but travel by road carries inherent risk, including delays due to traffic, weather or conditions outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Rydaro's liability is limited to arranging a replacement vehicle or refund of amounts paid for the specific trip in question, where a service failure is attributable to us.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
